GRATITUDE WORKSHOPS

When we first learnt about gratitude and what a powerful resilience tool it was, we knew we had to share it. And, as the last year has shown us, there is no better time to learn more about it and how it can help you. But where do you start? Let The Grateful Hearts Club help - we're a growing community, and all are welcome!

We’ve designed a series of workshops that take you on a journey:

+ Our first workshop 'An Introduction of Gratitude' takes a look at the basics of gratitude, how to create a habit (useful for more things than just gratitude) and gives you some time out to reflect. It asks you to look inward and shows you how to use gratitude to increase your own happiness.

+ The next workshop in the series is called Growing Your Gratitude, a deeper look into gratitude, it checks in on how your gratitude habit is building and asks you to look at how we can share gratitude with those around us, so we can use it to help those around us.

+ The monthly Gratitude Check-in is a way of connecting with others who have been to our workshops and are committed to keeping gratitude in their hearts because it’s helping them to live happier lives. Come to this workshop each month or just when you need a boost.

The last workshop in this series is called Grounded in Gratitude. This will help you continue to keep gratitude as a focus in your life and take a deeper look at its link to manifestation, but also your immediate support networks but also ask you to think about how we can encourage for kindness and gratitude in our wider communities. This will be ready very soon!

This is the first workshop in the series and if you want to understand the meaning of gratitude and how it can help you live a happier life, this is the workshop for you. It will give the knowledge, confidence and skills to help you find the joy and acknowledge it with gratitude.

This 1.5-hour workshop is designed to provide a safe space to share whatever you need to. We understand that online workshops can be quite daunting, so we keep our sessions to a maximum of 6 people, small enough to both listen and be heard.

+ Learn about the meaning of gratitude and how to use it to increase happiness.
+ Understand how to make gratitude a positive new habit and resilience tool.
+ Dedicate some time for you and learn some easy ways to be more grateful.

This is the second workshop in the series and a deeper look into gratitude and its origins. Gratitude is by no means a new concept, it’s noted in history, in nature and our DNA. We can use it to improve the relationships we have with ourselves, our support networks and communities.

gratitudE CHECK-IN

If you’re committed to making gratitude a new habit, we want to make sure you have all the support you need. Our 1-hour monthly Gratitude Check-In has been designed to create the space to reflect on your thoughts and reflections since attending the previous workshops. We talk about a different topic each month and use gratitude to find the positives. It’s also a great opportunity to connect with other likeminded souls, all trying harder to acknowledge the goodness in life.

+ Making habits are tough! Get all the support you need to make gratitude a habit.
+ Learn new ideas, ways of using gratitude to squeeze more joy out of life.
+ Connect with others on their gratitude journeys and practise it together.
