GRATITUDE AT WORK

Businesses have faced (and sadly continue to face) so many challenges. Uncertainty, pressure and working remotely can all have a detrimental effect on employee mental health. This is why we have adapted our workshops, so they can be shared with your workforce.

Gratitude is a great resilience tool and has a unique way of reframing situations more positively. The tips we share also encourage a culture of gratitude, one where thank you’s are made more specific and shared with greater impact, increasing connection and a sense of value.

Most of all our workshops encourage connection. Giving your employees the time out to reflect, come together and feel connected to each other, all at a time where we are so disconnected.

We offer a range of services to help keep gratitude on the agenda. From a short 15-minute team meeting gratitude tips, to workshops from 4-100 people, or bespoke packages to support your business in creating a culture of gratitude.

All the research proves that the benefits of gratitude can help support a happier life and with employees and customers choosing to work with a business that reflects their values, now is the time to make sure your business is ahead of the curve when it comes to gratitude.

We would love to work with you and understand how gratitude can help your business. Please drop us a message for our free media pack or arrange a free 30-minute consultation.

I asked Charla to support Lloyd's Banking Group colleagues during Mental Health Awareness week. I was so impressed with her professionalism, the presentation and her inspiring content. The feedback from across the group was fantastic and I would highly recommend her sessions to any company with colleague wellbeing at the heart of their business.

Charla is a wonderful human with a gentle leadership style. She has developed excellent courses introducing and building techniques in the area of Gratitude and its value in personal development. She delivered a session to a community I run, and it inspired and motivated. Huge praise for what she is doing and excited to see where it goes.

The Grateful Hearts Club session was superb. I got some neat outtakes - practices that were super-easy to apply, with almost instant psychological results. If the mind is like software, it’s like downloading a ‘life philosophy plug-in’.
